Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products caused by the customer.

Customized or personalized items.

Products returned without original packaging (where applicable).

Provide photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
